Wifi not working and Tv has network error C130

My phone says it is connected to my WiFi however nothing loads or works when connected to the WiFi. Furthermore, my Tv shows the C130 error and says the Ethernet cable is unconnected even when it is ???

Looks as if your network connection has gone down.  Restart the Hub and wait awhile - see if that clears it.  If not call it in and see if there is a known local or area fault.  Click on "service status" link at top right of the board to check for known area faults.
