I have had a few power spikes over the past 48hrs. Due to power outages in my street.  I am able to connect to the ethernet hub on my Hub3, but none of my wifi 5.0 or 2.4 networks are showing as available. When I run diagnostics from the HUB, the diagnostics starts, but drops and defaults back to home page on Router. I suspect the Hub is fried, from power spikes Any help would be appreciated.

VM will get to the thread but that might take a few days - you need to ring to get a quicker reply

had you in the past renamed the ssid's for the wifi - if the power spikes had caused a reset they would have revered to default as would the passwords if you had changed them

They are still visible as their original names in the config? do you suggest i remove them and add them back?

i think the next action is a full reset - as above that will set everything back to default - hold the button a good 30 sec

if you cannot then connect it suggests bigger problems and i would guess a new hub would be needed
