Over the last couple of months my internet connection appears to drop out fairly regularly. I thought it was my new phone, but other family members are also getting issues.
Could a mod please look into my connection?
Go into your hub on 192.168.0.1 and post your up/down stream stats and network log.
To reset the Pre and Post RS error counts please use the Downstream screen under the router status screen available from the login page.
Upstream power levels are too high, you need a technician to fix them. Call customer services and report the fault.
Thanks for answering, ivI' tried contacting via online chat but that doesn't seem to work! Hopefully a moderator will be able to sort me out a technician.

I've just checked your connection and can see your upstream power levels are too high.
