Hi @Nigel14.

Welcome to the Community!

I have located your account and can see you have a downstream power issue and a SNR (Signal Noise Ratio) issue on your upstream. This will need a technician to resolve. Please look out for my private message where I'll just need to confirm some details so I can book the earliest technician available.

CCTV is usually wired by POE or mains.

Wifi camera are not classed as CCTV devices.

Do you qualify for the free Wifi pods?

Thanks for the reply. This was my original question, how do i get hold of the plugin ‘wifi pods’ customer service/contact appears to be non existent.  CCTV comment is irrelevant and was just for context.

Depends. Do you have to pay for the pods?

Hello, thanks for booking the appointment, the tech found a power issue, he said it was too high and fitted an adapter to the back of the router, he also said he found a bad connection in the cabinet. So i was hopeful, however, the problem still exists. Please could you re-run your checks?

Many thanks

Hi @Nigel14

Sorry to hear that the issue is still ongoing for you. I have re-checked and can see no further power level issues. Can you describe the issues you are experiencing with the broadband? Is it the same drop outs? Can you post your full Hub log, including the power levels, timeouts and RS errors? It might take a few pages to post it all.

Might be a good idea also to set up a broadband quality monitor, then share the link so we can see if there are anything showing on there to explain your issues.
