When you say your wifi is dropping, do you mean your devices are disconnecting from the wifi or do you mean your wifi is still connected but your Internet connection is going off?

If you arnt sure which then try connecting a laptop or something via ethernet cable as a temporary measure to see if it drops. If it does its your connection to the Internet, if it doesn't then its the wifi connection and we can take it from there. Those logs mean nothing to me.

i only get the fault with devices connected through wifi.
I can have my phone on wifi and it will stop working but will still say it’s connected.

at the same time i will be able to carry on playing on my ps5 online which is connected via an ethernet cable.

i then have to disconnect the phone from the wifi reconnect it and it will then work, this is the same for anything connected via wifi

Put the hub into modem mode and get your own router or mesh system to solve the hubs woeful Wifi

Hi adamsellis20

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of any WiFi issues. Can you confirm, is this just affecting WiFi, or are wired devices affected also? I've done a system check today and no issues are showing, no outages. Further checks of the levels reveal no issues, downstream on the high side but still in spec. No congestion nor SNR (signal to noise ratio) issues.

If it is just WiFi, can you download the Connect App and run a wireless scan in the property. This will identify any coverage blackspots, optimise where possible and also advise if a Pod is needed.

Also, set up a Broadband Quality Monitor. This will monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts - https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality
Give it a while to gather data and then click 'Share Live graph' and paste the 'Direct Link' into the forum 🙂

Best
