Set up new hub, over 90 mins ago but keep getting a message that it's connected but no internet. Have rung 150 and automated response confirmed new box set up.
Please can you provide urgent help and confirm if I need an engineer visit?
It is taking a few hours in some instances.

You can wait on here for one of the VM Staff to pick up the thread but this may take a few days.
