Hi,
We had out new WiFi set up just a few days ago and we are struggling to get it to work. Device connect to it however say that there is not network available. We have tried resting and resetting. The ds light is flashing green as well.
We are uni students who are required to do online meetings so need this sorted ASAP. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Phone the activation number 0800 953 9500 - have your account and area number handy and the hub serial number in case they ask for them.
