Hi. I just joined virgin media today. Been trying to set up the wifi connect app with my Hub 3 but it is saying it’s not compatible with this type of modem. Do I have to wait a couple of days to let the system set up? Trying to order wifi max as the signal isn’t reaching upstairs in my house.

The VM apps are flaky, if it does connect, avoid stopping / suspending WiFi clients, getting them to resume can be problematic.

If the app is not connecting, login to the Hub 3 at http://192.168.0.1   The Hub's password is on a label on the bottom side.
