Wifi calling - Cisco Router

Hi, we have a virgin lease line within our office premises and have the standard Virgin Cisco rack router fitted.  This router is then connected into our Sonicwall before before being distributed through the cabling infrastructure in the property and the wireless access points.  Prior to the Virgin router being installed we had standard ADSL connections with the same Sonicwall and wireless access point set up.  In this previous setup our mobile phones were able to use WiFi calling.  The mobile signal in our office is pretty poor and so WiFi calling is pretty important to us, however since the Cisco rack router has been fitted and the virgin fibre has gone live WiFi calling has stopped.

Is it possible to change the settings on the Cisco router to enable WiFi calling?  Alternatively do Virgin have a replacement router they can recommend / offer that is able to allow WiFi calling?

Thanks

Rob

Re: Wifi calling - Cisco Router

Hi Paul

We are a virgin business customer, the router we were supplied with is the Cisco 2921.  I think this is the link to it on the Cisco website - https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/routers/2921-integrated-services-router-isr/index.html.

Thanks

Rob

This board is for residential customers only, not business ones. I do not think any of the members will have experience of your setup. Try contacting VM business help line.
