Wifi has so many black spots all throughout the house, called customer services asked them to come out and check it, they suggested use the connect app. Used the app and the wifi is so poor upstairs that it doesn't even scan properly. finally managed to scan and saved the results and it suggested a booster. Couldn't order on the app and technical support aren't picking up. Really need this sorted as I WFH, can anyone help or suggest a plan of action? Thanks!
