Wifi booster problem

I have recently changed my WiFi hub, since then my WiFi booster still uses the name of my last hub and I can not use them, I have tried to factory reset them both by holding down reset button for 7 seconds but after setup it still show up as my old network!! No matter how many times I try and set up these boosters they show up as my old network and not my new network.

Can someone please help me?

Hello,

If you have already done a factory reset then would suggest you call the customer care : Just give our Customer Care team a call on 150 from your Virgin Media Phone or from your Mobile, call 0345 454 1111 – Select option 2.

The Wifi booster's are old - Virgin Media now has something new called WIFI pods ask them to change over to these better wifi using new mesh systems.
