Clearly NOT the same issue.

Live TV is from the coax cable not Wi-fi.

Two lots of Rubish Virgin so two complaints (1) Wifi (2) Live TV.

(3) And now a third one because you keep interfering with my posts.

You only need one thread. The team here will be able to help with each issue in the same place.

For info, there was no response to previous private messages as they were unsolicited.

- I didn't they are Completely Separate Issues.

Michael_JK - You also said, "The team here will be able to help with each issue in the same place".

- Then why have Broadband, TV and Volt and many others all as Separate areas in the Community?
- Why not just have One Community with every post in?

Michael_JK - The private messages you have also called "Unsolicited" are from a long standing, paying customer who gave full details, name, address and account number in the PMs.

You people are unbeleivable.

Definately pricing up to move to SKY now.
