Wifi authentication problems

I have lost all Wi-Fi service, phones and laptops showing authentication error, etc. Won't allow me to get to password stage, attempts to connect but drops off immediately. Tried rebooting several times but no joy, hardwired devices work fine. Any suggestions virgin?

Me too - I've rebooted hub several times, restarted computer several times...nothing works!! I just get 'the network could not be joined'. What's going on Virgin Media?

I'm sorry to read you are having an issue with the wireless connection.

 

Looking at your account, I can see the router is online with devices connected.
