Wifi and hub connecting

can not connect my hub3 on the virgin media connect app. My wifi is showing weak security also. Any advice on how I can fix this? As I need to change the settings on my hub but will not let me

connect the hub to the app to change settings

You dont need the app. In your browser’s URL box type in http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode) - then log in with the settings password (not the wifi one).

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I'm very sorry for any issues you've had with accessing the settings on your hub. 

Have you been able to follow the advice provided by jbrennand? If so, has this been able to assist?
