Router went off then reboot after no sign of working now get vm-guest works fine but Vm says no Internet any ideas

I am very sorry to hear you are having problems getting connected. 

Is this happening with certain devices or all of them?  Also, does the internet work okay when connected via a wired connect?

It seems to be the early evenings it's been happening over the last four days phoned the automated system where it said we see there is a problem with the router we will send a signal and it will take ten minutes to complete then cut me off!!!!!

I would advise giving us a call and speaking to our tech team directly. 

If you could ring us on 150 or 0345 454 1111, when it asks for account information just ignore it for a few moments then you'll be passed to the team.
