Router went off then reboot after no sign of working now get vm-guest works fine but Vm says no Internet any ideas

Is this happening with certain devices or all of them? Also, does the internet work okay when connected via a wired connect?

If you could ring us on 150 or 0345 454 1111, when it asks for account information just ignore it for a few moments then you'll be passed to the team.
