Like many on here I am experiencing significant problems with my wi-fi which are requiring intermittent restarts through-out the day - often to no avail.
This problem also surfaces with my PS4 which is connected to my router via a powerpoint connector, so it isn't solely over wi-fi. This never seems to be an issue with the PCs ethernet connection.
My question is, is there a problem with the Super Hub 3? It certainly seems like it,
as in the last two weeks my wifi has been failing completely after 10pm for some reason and this is when you are feet away from the hub.
Below are some of the recent speeds I've been getting from my hub.
If the hub is the issue can we get a replacement?
If there's no issue with the ethernet connection then it's not the hub at fault, you either need a WiFi booster, or you need to buy your own WiFi kit, as the WiFi in the virgin box is kinda crappy.
Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry to hear about the WiFi issues you're having.
