I have a WiFI pod for a black spot in my spare room, After noticing that my internet connection was intermittent, I found my WiFi pod is just continuously flashing blue. I’ve tried resetting the hub, switching off pod and even moving it to same room as my hub, ive even plugged it directly into the hub via ethernet, however it’s still starts with green light then goes to to constant blue light flashing. The Virgin connect app just says no pod detected. I have tried the WiFi troubleshooting and still nothing. Any advice ?

Yes, They are sending me a replacement, hopefully I can get back online in my office. Thanks Daniel

Just note the Pods do not go in the same room as the blackspot. They should be placed roughly halfway between the Hub and the blackspot.
