Wifi Pod Order

Hi, are there any delays with POD orders at the moment, I have one already and the app indicated I needed an additional one which I requested through online chat and was advised one had been ordered. There is no sign in my account of any order to track is there any way to confirm if the pod has actually been ordered?

It can take several days for a VM response on here.

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the delivery of your Pod 
I'd like to take a look into this for you and see if we have an update.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
