Wifi Booster

I have been trying to get a booster delivered for nearly 2 weeks. First one sent to wrong address,promised another,nothing arrived,promised another ,nothing arrived........you get the picture. 5 hour web chat,offered collect +shops between 40 and 240 miles from home.Now it appears wrong booster was ordered,A  chargeable one had been ordered,should have been a free one!  Is there someone I can ring or can call me to sort out this total mess. Also I gave been billed in advance for the booster I do not have! Ì a losing the will to live. HELP

Have you gotten in touch with our customer service team about this?

 

If not, we'd love to make sure you get the right booster this time.

About the charge, if you have the Full House package or above, the boosters should be of no charge.
