Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page http://www.virginmedia.com/servicechecker although this only covers large outages.

VM will not dispatch any technicians while an area fault exists.

If no faults found:

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

It was working then went off again it's doing it all the time and I have reported it before and nothing was done about it when I go on YouTube or watch my recorded shows it goes off still

Hey there @ShaneYork, thanks for the update.

I've had a look on the system and I can't see any area faults currently.
However there may be congestion on the Wi-Fi causing issues with connectivity.
Have you managed to reset the VM hub with a pin hole at the back of the hub for 30 seconds? Hold it in there.
Also how many devices do you have? Let us know.

Kind regards.
