Hi. I have been having trouble with intermittent WiFi drop outs and on having phoned I was told that I have lots of black spots. I have one WiFi pod is it possible to get any more if so how do I get them. Thank you

Good Afternoon @bb666, if you're the account holder for the Media services, we can had a Wi-Fi pod ordered for your via our Private Message function here on the Community Forums

Failing that, if you utilise the Connect App, you will be able to run scans to identify black spots and order a Wi-Fi pod through that
