WiFi pods

I have a hub3. My WiFi coverage is ok in the room with the hub but elsewhere the signal is very poor and non traceable in some rooms. I have used the VM Connect app throughout the house with minimal success. I would like to order my first pod, how can I do this please?

If the Connect app finds a blackspot, it should allow you to order the Pod directly from the app.

If this is not working, either phone in and request one, or wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss.

Thanks for your post, I am sorry you're wanting to order your first pod, but the Connect App isn't being very helpful 😥

Were you able to call our support team on 0345 454 1111 option 1, 2 then 1?
