I have no been trying to activate my virgin WiFi pods and fix my virgin connect app for nearly 3 weeks after probably 10 phone calls and being told I will get acall back 3-4 times and have not received 1 I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have experienced from virgin media hardly any of the staff speak tidy English and to claim they are technical is an absolute joke every person i have spoke to has been absolutely clueless I thought bt where bad but virgin media customer service are 100% worse

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your WiFi pods and trying to speak to the team, I have looked into this on our system and can see that the issues have been flagged to our second line faults team, who will be in touch with you soon to discuss the issues further after they have started their investigation into the problems that you're experiencing.
