WiFi pod

Hi

i received the WiFi pod from Virgin. I plugged it in two days ago and the white light just flashes on and off! The app keeps saying it can’t find the pod! Am I doing something wrong?

Does it still do it when it's in the same room as the Hub?

Ok, but the reason for the question is whether it's a range issue between the Pod and the Hub or a configuration issue.

If it completes boot up in the same room as the Hub then it's a range issue - remember that the Pod needs to go in between the Hub and where you're having an issue, not in the same room otherwise it'll also have an issue.

I'm very sorry for any issue you're having with your WiFi pod. 

Can you please try the pod in the same room as the hub?
