Have a sharp tv upstairs connected to a 2nd virgin box. The tv had a error code which resulted in a complete factory reset. When trying to reconnect the WiFi it was discovered the password was too long for the password box. Sharp have said because of this they are unable to help, we need to contact our WiFi provider to change the password. Can someone help?

Sounds like you have been given the runaround by sharp. Hubs have a minimum of 10 characters. Does your password have more than this? Is your sharp TV able to do wps setup instead of a password?
