WiFi loss

Hi

Had a letter from Virgin saying they would be carrying out essential work last Thursday 8 August, which they did....Ever since the WiFi on my mobile and my son's PS4 keeps stopping and starting , no problems with other devices on WiFi......any help would be great, bear in mind I'm not a techie!

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with WiFi on your phone and your sons PlayStation, have you tried using our Virgin Media Connect app, with this you can diagnose and fix most WiFi issues, you can find out more around the app  here .

Factory reset the hub and reset all the other problem devices etc and ....Fingers crossed ....all seems ok now.
