Well I would never rely on VM provided wifi if my "business" relied on it. In fact I never have. For the last 20 years I have only used my own wireless kit.
As you have a Hub4 (and I have never even seen one!) I cant advise on how to sort your particular issue (other than to do as I have done). Hopefully a 4 user can help soon.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
