Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . You shouldn't need log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs?
I can be sitting in the room downstairs form the router with Speedtest displaying over 50 mbps then minutes later my video conference will drop and I redo the speedtest and it's unreadable or less than 1 mbps.
Yes. but its still all red - you need to get that sorted as the first part of the BQM doesnt look good at all. - someone else will need to advise.
I had the same "wall of red" problem last week and it turned out my i.p. address had changed - after several years of the same one! I searched for my new address and changed the BQM settings to the new one and its all ok now.
Have you changed between modem/router modes recently - as that DOES give you a different i.p. address - worth checking
