Hi any advise 

the modem is in the dining room and Alexa is 4 foot away I the kitchen and it keeps loosing connection 

the Xbox in the living room keeps lagging and we have even  hard wired it to the modem but it is still the same 

we have WiFi boosters but it makes no difference 

the vm app says great signal when we scan each room but the problem  still occur 

Tired all the fixes on the web site but it makes no difference 

any ideas please

If your xbox is wired and still suffering problems then let's take a look at the wan connection..

can you set up a BQM - once set up, find the Live Graph and click "Create Sharing Link" - post that back here.

Next, browse to your hub on http://192.168.0.1 - don't log in, click Router Status - copy/paste the tables from the Upstream, Downstream and Network Log tabs back to this thread - you'll need multiple posts for this, the info wont all fit into a single one..
