WiFi keeps cutting out multiple times a day.

My wifi has been dropping them instantly reconnecting multiple times a day for the last 2 weeks meaning working from home has been a nightmare and online gaming is almost impossible. Have tried everything to resolve situation. Can anyone shed light on what is going on? Many thanks…

Sorry to hear this hasn't improved at all olirichards123, from looking at the account there are no issues showing in your area. 

 

From checking the connection and equipment there does seem to be some power level issues on a few of your downstream channels which will require a technician. I will send you a Private Message to get some more details to help arrange this.
