WiFi issues and pods don't work

Hi I’ve tried to contact you over my internet keeps kicking me off and I was given some pods but they don’t even work as just keep flashing and I try and call and every time I do I get cut off quite frustrating now and issues still there

What does "we've provisioned the pods" mean ?

There set them up to my new modem as I had to have it changed and then pods stoped working but they changed the settings so they work with the new one now

Well that may be the reason why a lot of peoples pods don't work maybe ?
