What is the process for assessing and proving that you're not getting 20Mbps in every room and so can request three WiFi pods?

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.
Sorry to hear of any WiFi issues. I've done a system check and no issues/outages and all levels are in spec. A deeper check shows no issues with SNR (signal to noise ratio) or congestion.
Can you use the Connect App for me - https://www.virginmedia.com/broadband/connect-app - when installed, you'll be able to run a WiFi scan in the property. This will enable you to optimise the connection where possible, and also if a Pod needed, prompt you to order one. If Pods are needed, we'd send one at a time out also but we can come to that when needed.
