WiFi dropping upstairs

Hello

Can anyone help please. WiFi dropping considerably upstairs. I get 600 mbps downstairs but about 20 mbps upstairs on my PlayStation 4. I have turn off all WiFi devices and it’s extremely frustrating.

I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the WiFi upstairs in your home, we will do all we can to help. 

Can you please confirm which Hub you have and what broadband package you are subscribed to?

Also, do you have any WiFi Pod's in your home?

• I have hub 5. I am on the volt M600 broadband package 
• I do not have any WiFi pods at home 
• drop in WiFi speed seriously affects my gaming

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues gaming and this is not the experience which we want you to have. 

Can you confirm how the connection is with a wired connection and at what times of the day it usually drops?
