WiFi dropping since iOS update 11.4.1

3 weeks ago a user posted the following:

Since I updated my iPhone 6 to iOS 11.4.1, my phone’s WiFi connection keeps dropping out or being slow to load.  I have Superhub 2, which has been restarted several times, and I’ve reset my phone’s network settings.  iPad, which has yet to be updated, is working fine on WiFi.  Lots of people are talking online about the latest issues with this update and VM Superhub.  Just wondering what I can do about it, I can’t cope with frequently restarting internet for my phone to connect for a very short time!

This is also happening to me as well has anyone got any suggestions on what can be done as it is extremely frustrating!!!!!!!

Read the sticky post at the top of this Forum...

Apple broke the WiFi with the update and they are in the process of fixing it.  Another firmware update is due out from Apple to replace 11.4.1

There is nothing you can do, except try to get a Hub 3, or another WiFi access point at your own cost.  As the firmware update is due shortly I doubt if VM will give you a Hub 3 for free …...
