The WiFi in my apartment will not reach from the main room where the router is in, to the next room or bedrooms. I would understand if it would not reach every room in a large house, however my apartment only has three rooms and I am paying for a service that does not work.
Using the virgin connection app I have found blackspots where I already am aware the WiFi is unable to reach but I am loathed to pay for a booster when the WiFi should ultimately reach the next room.
Has anyone had any similar issues and if so how have they been resolved?
Welcome to our Forum and sorry to hear that your WiFi is not reaching all rooms.
WiFi signals can be affected by numerous factors such as building materials, your neighbour's network, channel congestion for example.
Have you tried scanning your apartment to see what WiFi channels are the least congested to see if it improves? You can also try a pin-hole reset to allow the Hub to re-scan and jump onto the best channel.
