WiFi connection

My WiFi has been dropping out daily for a few minutes. I work from home so this has become a stressful issue. Today there is no connection despite rebooting hub. It sees the there is the connection available but then wanted a password again. Now it thinks it’s connected but if I try to open a pad it says cannot access the server. There are 3 lights on the hub, top one is blue and the other 2 are green. I ran a test fault but virgin says no fault?

Do you have a VM business account then ?  What model hub is it a Hub3 I assume ? Does it connect ok when you use an ethernet cabled computer/laptop?
