WiFi connection

I’ve recently had virgin broadband installed (last week) and my daughters are continually moaning about dropping connections, is there a booster available or can I have a second hub installed upstairs?

your limited to 1 hub per property, to improve wifi connectivity could look at:
Visit and login with your password (located on the bottom of your hub).
In the menu on the left, navigate to Advanced Settings > Wireless > Wireless Signal.
At the bottom of the page you will find the “Smart WiFi” section. Here tick the box labelled “Disable Channel Optimization” and apply the changes.

there is 3rd party hardware such as access point, home plugs etc.. but would try those guides first
