Hi

I have been upgraded to the 1gig and have the new hub 5 but I'm still having WiFi problems upstairs and have seen I can get 3 WiFi Pods free but can't seem to find out how to order them and the person on the phone just wanted to charge me £5 a month

Could anyone help me please

Pods dont work with the Hub5. So you are stymied.

Either wait for them to sort that out and try again (they will be 'free") - or forget it and get your own better quality wifi solution.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I'm so sorry to hear that your services are not performing as we would like! 

 

Can I ask if you are noticing any other issues at all with the connection? Do you have any wired connections at all that are facing issues?
