Has anyone had issue with the new Booster Pods? Had mine for ages and no issues but now it will not connect. I’ve checked all the routers settings they are fine rebooted etc. Have contacted Virgin but didn’t get much info guy said sometimes there is ‘interference’ and it should clear in a day or two? Never heard that before.

O how the pods were a good idea VM....
I should send them back and get your own wireless router with 1Gb ports and use the hub in modem mode.

I ended up having to replace the one that was malfunctioning. Short of moving it to another socket in the room as you shouldn’t have dead spots in the room if it’s working correctly

Hi,
no issues up till we updated to Hub 4 and had to speak to Virgin to get the pod reset but since then no issues.
