WiFi Pods - ordering

Hi,

I’m looking for some advice or help obtaining some of the VM WiFi Pods. The last time I was with VM I made multiple calls to Customer Services and despite many hours on the phone I literally could not get anywhere near being put through to anyone who could help. I don’t fancy that this time around and recently posted another question on here and it was answered and resolved my issue quickly. I read on my VM package that I’m allowed up to 3 free pods but I only need the 2 so that my internet reaches two parts in my house where it is near impossible to get a connection. If anyone knows of an easy process to order them, please help me. Thank you,

You do have to call in to order the first one (cant do it online the website is borked) - call early 08.01 to get through quicker - or try the web-chat function (that has worked for some).

Or just wait here for a VM person to respond - takes a day or two - and they will sort the first one out for you .
