My wifi has suddenly stopped working. I have reset the hub, checked the connections and followed the help promts. None of which worked. I click on the run test on my system only to repeatedly receive the message "sorry we cannot test your system right now". Both my boxes are connected to the hub okay but the hub isn’t connecting to the internet. Any ideas ? Thanks
