WiFi Hub3

My husband has hard wired a connection for in my sons room to the router, we have a virgin to link to extend the WiFi,  and when he turned it on last night the light at the bottom is green and the second light is flashing green. It is still the same this morning. Surely if it was updating it would be working. I cannot do a fault test because the email address entered against his account details is wrong as they have spelt it incorrectly.

Welcome to our forums and for your first post - so sorry that you're having some issues with your broadband connection. 

 

Just need to try and understand what's going on so we can help a bit more 🙂 

 

Are you having issues connecting to the internet via all devices and both the wired and WiFi connections? 

 

When you advise you have a virgin to link to extend the WiFi - do you mean that you have Boosters connected around the home? 

 

Have you tried rebooting the Hub and the boosters to see if that helps?

In the lounge the WiFi is fine but in the kitchen and my sons bedroom it is poor . We have hard wired from the router to the kitchen and my sons bedroom we have a booster in my sons room but the connection only has two bars at the most. In the kitchen it is not working , we could really do with another booster.
