Using the Virgin Media Connect App on an iPhone 13 running iOS 15.5, I can't get the WiFi Hotspots profile to download.
I get as far as the "Download WiFi profile" with the instruction to tap 'Allow' on the next scree. Unfortunately that never happens, I am never asked (by the OS I assume) to allow the download and it doesn't subsequently appear in my settings. I do see a page in Safari telling me to follow the instructions. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but still nothing.

Hi @dyrck thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised regarding the wifi hotspot.
Does this occur with any other apps that you know of where an additional download is needed?
Can you please also try to uninstall the app and reinstall this, to see if this helps at all?

Hi Tom, I now have it working by uninstalling the app, restarting the iphone and reinstalling the app. Thanks for your help.
