I selected to fit the wifi myslef and of course it has not gone well and Virgin have not helped as the cables sent were wrong. It has all been very stressful. I require an engineer to come out asap as I do not think i have the correct sockets.
Any help is much much needed. Do i need to cancel my contract and get a new supplier ? or get a new virgin box and then get them to fit that, however that would be very costly???
