I've presumed the OP is using their mobile whilst at home on VM broadband... and moved the post to the WiFi board. Sorry enlli....
Can you confirm whether my assumptions are correct? And if not, explain a little more what your issue is.
VM won't guarantee WiFi speeds by the way, the only way speeds are in any way guaranteed is over Ethernet cabled connections.

It is broadband it used to be ok but today keep slowing down can’t watch anything Netflix keep stopping is there anything I can do ?

Can you please confirm what speeds you are achieving via WiFi and also are you able to complete a speed test on a device on a wired connection?
