Wi-fi cuts out every 2 days at specific times

Hi there,

My wifi keeps cutting out on specific days - usually for a few hours at a time before re-starting. We had an engineer cancel on us a couple of times and perhaps it is an exposed cable because it usually cuts out when it rains? It is extremely frustrating as we are wfh in our house and have spent £100s on mobile data now due to Virgin cutouts.

You have a connection issue on the upstream channels. All the power levels are very high and one channel has dropped to 16 qam (from 64) and you have T3 timeouts on that channel... it is struggling.

You will need to call in and get VM to look at the connection overall probably needs a tech visit. Try at 08.00 if you cant get through today
