Upgraded my phone today from iPhone 8 to iPhone 11. The new phone won’t connect to the Wi-Fi no problem with other devices in the house just this new phone . My phone provider has checked the phone nothing wrong there. Virgin have run a check on my broadband nothing came up . Can anyone help please ?

If you have a Hub 5 try changing from WiFi Security mode WPA2-PSK/WPA3-SAE to WPA2-PSK
Failing that, which Hub have you got?
and it is that the iPhone 11 can't see the WiFi of the Hub?
or the password is rejected ?
or there is a DHCP error ?

Hi I have a hub 3 . The phone can detect the Wi-Fi but when I go to connect it won’t .

We have an Hub3 too
Hub 3 menu >> Advanced Settings >>> Wireless >>> Security
Check Security is set to WPA2-PSK for 2.4 & 5Ghz ( not WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK - Apple gear does not care for that option )
Check Wireless MAC filtering is Disabled
