Can you confirm you get full speed on a wired device?

Hi @karlejackson80,

Welcome back to our community forums and sorry to hear you are having issues with your WIFI speeds. We can understand the frustration caused and we want to best help.

As mentioned by @carl_pearce, do you get these speeds on wired devices? How long has this been ongoing? Have you also checked here for a local fault? virg.in/service

Thanks,

VM do not guarantee wifi speeds as it's too prone to interference.   If you wired speed is poor, it could be a bad circuit.

Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub. Also setup a BQM to monitor your circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

Once done we can comment.
