I have recently purchased an Alexa and am trying to set it up. I get so far then I have to fill in the name of my network and then my wi-fi password. I have input these details from the back of my super hub, It accepts the network password starting with VM but will not accept the wi-fi password which is a 12 mixed character password starting with w and finishing with s. These passwords I have had for a long time, have these by any chance been changed at all ? I would very much appreciate some assistance please.
