Wi-Fi hasn’t arrived, ordered 3 weeks ago!

I ordered an extra Wi-Fi pod because we are having issues with Wi-Fi in one area on the house after we moved our router due to house renovations and restructure of the building, but the extra pod has never arrived, can I order another or can some check it was actually sent?

How far did you move the router? Did you move it or did Virgin?

We're sorry to hear your pod ordered never arrived, if you've placed the order over a call or chat with our team it would take 2-3 working days for a pod to reach you normally.
(maybe a bit longer due to the Easter bank holidays?)

When an itemgets dispatched (equipment), you can view the tracking details here by logging to your online account with us.
Do you see any orders there as well as a tracking link from Yodel, by any chance?
